RETURNS & REFUNDS

At NUDDI, your satisfaction is everything. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging with proof of purchase. Due to the intimate nature of shapewear, we are unable to accept returns on worn or washed items.

To start a return, contact us at hello@getnuddi.com and we'll guide you through the process. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@getnuddi.com and we'll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items Sale items, gift cards and any items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Exchanges We're happy to help you find the right size. Contact us at hello@getnuddi.com and we'll guide you through an exchange.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@getnuddi.com.
