At Nuddi, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Delivery Times We currently ship to the United States. Estimated delivery is 4–12 business days from dispatch. Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order at any time via the link in your email or on our Track My Order page.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window please contact us at hello@getnuddi.com and we'll investigate immediately and make it right.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Nuddi is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error contact us immediately at hello@getnuddi.com and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
